A DSCR lender who closes 200 non-resident investor loans per year is better than one who occasionally does them. We route each service to a specialist whose entire practice is built around that function — not a generalist who can figure it out.
Context-specific vetting
Every partner is vetted for investor experience specifically. A title company that has never done a Remote Online Notarisation with a Lagos-based buyer is not in our network — regardless of their reputation. Your context requires specific experience.

Tameka Ojior is a trusted Atlanta real estate advisor known for delivering a refined, concierge-level experience to buyers and sellers of exceptional homes. A lifelong Atlantan, Tameka brings deep insight into the city's most desirable neighbourhoods and emerging luxury markets — and into the Augusta, Savannah, and Columbus markets where REIGPlus sources the majority of its investor portfolio.

Before entering real estate, Tameka built a successful career in journalism and media. The communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills she developed now play a central role in how she represents investor interests — crafting compelling arguments in negotiations and ensuring every listing is presented with the market intelligence it deserves.

How we choose partners

The vetting standard
every partner must meet.

Our vetting process has one filter that every other criterion is secondary to: has this partner worked with non-resident international investors before, and what were the outcomes?

Lenders
DSCR & Foreign National mortgage partners
Minimum 5 closings for non-U.S.-resident investors (any nationality) in the prior 24 months — verified by reference.
Foreign National loan product available — not just DSCR. Some investors need the FN product depending on their U.S. residency status.
30-day close commitment on approved files. Slow lenders cost investors money through holding costs and extended reservation periods.
Transparent rate disclosure upfront, before the investor completes the application. No bait-and-switch post-approval.
Property managers
Local PM partners across four markets
Portfolio vacancy below 4% — verified against MLS data, not self-reported. We request vacancy reports for the prior 12 months.
Monthly owner statements within 10 business days of month close. International owners cannot chase local managers for basic reporting.
International owner experience — demonstrated ability to communicate across time zones and in writing, not just by phone.
24/7 emergency response — documented protocol with maximum response time guarantees. Not a phone number that goes to voicemail at night.
Legal & tax
Attorneys, CPAs, and title companies
Non-resident alien specialisation — not general practice. We verify that non-resident investor work constitutes a material portion of their practice.
FIRPTA withholding certificate experience for CPAs — the ability to reduce the withheld amount at exit is material to investor economics.
Remote Online Notarization capability for title companies — essential for non-travel closings. If the title company cannot do RON, they are not in our network.
Written fee disclosure before engagement. No open-ended billing for partners whose costs are fixed and predictable.
Performance monitoring
Ongoing after onboarding
Investor feedback loop — REIGPlus collects structured feedback from investors after each partner interaction. Pattern failures trigger a performance review.
Annual partner review — every partner is reviewed annually against the original vetting criteria. Vacancy rates are re-verified. Close times are audited.
Replacement protocol — if a partner falls below standard, REIGPlus manages the transition to a replacement. Investors are notified within 48 hours of a partner change affecting their property.
No exclusive contracts — partners are not given volume guarantees. Performance drives referral volume. Complacency has a cost.
