Every number has a stated basis — no yield claims without calculation disclosure

Every yield and cash flow figure on the REIGPlus platform states its calculation basis: 30% down payment, current DSCR mortgage rates, 10% property management fee, rental comparables from Homes by Tameka MLS data.

This sounds basic. It is not standard practice. Most listings present a net yield figure with no explanation of what costs were deducted. We will never show you a yield figure that does not tell you how it was calculated.

Paystack-first — Nigerian cards, bank transfer, and USSD accepted from day one

The $1,000 reservation deposit can be paid via Paystack — debit card, bank transfer, or USSD. No international Mastercard required. No wire transfer before you have signed anything.

This is not a technical detail. It is a deliberate signal about who this platform was built for. An international card requirement at step one tells you everything about the investor the platform was designed around. Paystack at step one tells you something different. We built around you.

DSCR financing for global investors — not a workaround, a standard service

DSCR mortgages for investors are not exceptional at REIGPlus — they are standard. We work with lenders who have confirmed closings for investors and who are not going to decline an application because the investor lacks a U.S. Social Security number.

The most common failure point for first-time Global U.S. property investors is financing. They find the property, pay the deposit, then cannot get the mortgage. We route financing through vetted DSCR lenders. If a property does not pre-qualify at 70% LTV, it does not reach the platform.

Most platforms stop at the listing. Some extend to connecting you with a local agent. A few refer you to a lender. REIGPlus handles every stage: entity formation, mortgage facilitation, closing coordination, property management, investor dashboard, monthly distributions, annual tax documents, and exit — including FIRPTA withholding coordination at sale.
